Warranty Information
For your convenience, you can now find the warranty details for each specific collection on the respective product page. Each collection's warranty information is located under the tab marked "Product Information".
Warranty Claim Process
The original purchaser is responsible for providing Premium Poly Patios with the necessary documentation to address any defects. This documentation should include:
- A written explanation of the defect.
- Details on how the defect occurred.
- Pictures of the entire product and the specific defect.
Once the required documentation is received and reviewed, the consumer will be notified of the proposed solution. If the product is returned to Premium Poly Patios seven (7) or more months after the purchase date, the consumer is responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
Possible Solutions for Defective Items:
- Replacement and return of the defective product.
- Replacement of the defective component.
- Exchange for different products, including the full return of all defective items.
Please note that if full product replacement is deemed the best solution, the defective items will need to be returned. Assembly and disassembly may be required.
