Shipping, is it really free?
Yes! Shipping is ABSOLUTELY FREE within the contiguous U.S.
We offer FREE shipping to your door (for UPS and FedEx ground shipments) and do not deduct any outgoing shipping costs from any credits should you wish to exchange an item.
How quickly are items shipped?
The demand for our poly outdoor furniture is at an all-time high and we are feverously working to get your order to you as soon as possible, but we will never let the integrity of the furniture suffer. We take great pride in what 'Made in American' means, which is why all our fasteners, poly lumber, boxes, etc. are all made in the USA. We understand that when you purchase from us, you want your items to last a lifetime.
QUICK SHIP items are ready to ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. Items not noted as quick ship will require manufacturing time. Manufacture time can vary depending on the product brand selected.
We've made determining lead times very easy on our site. Shown in the example product image below, each product page has an estimated shipping time listed above the color selection.
All Shipping dates are only estimated and are subject to change based on availability. Once a product ships, an email will be sent with tracking information for the specific item. If you ordered multiple items from different manufacturers the order will stay open until all the items have been shipped.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship USPS, UPS, FedEx Ground and Freight, Common Freight Carrier curbside, and Home Delivery via Private Carriers.
Here are a few important things to know when ordering outdoor poly furniture:
- Always provide a physical house or business address, we cannot ship to any PO or APO boxes
- Be certain to include a daytime phone number – common/private carrier shippers will call/text to schedule a delivery time appointment
- UPS or FedEx Ground shipments may arrive separately when multiple items are shipped
- If you live in an area that is hard to reach or cannot allow large trucks, please let us know in advance so we can be sure to ship your order with a carrier that can complete the delivery
- Any fees incurred due to special delivery requests or requirements will be your responsibly to pay
- Any refused shipments (unless defective/damaged and documented) will be subject to return shipping/refusal fees, which will be removed from the refund
What is a typical shipping time?
Ground Transit typically takes anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on your location.
Common/Private Carriers can take 2-4 weeks to deliver.

What do Common and Private Carrier deliveries entail?
Common Freight Carriers (i.e. FedEx Freight, TForce, ABF etc..) are freight carriers that have the products on a pallet and shrink-wrapped, they will only deliver curbside. Curbside delivery is left at the end of the driveway. You can request to have the shipment delivered to your door, but that will incur additional delivery fees that will be your responsibility to pay.
Private (Home Delivery) Carriers (i.e. ERJS, FTL, Benette Express etc..) are Blanket Wrap shippers, meaning they do not use pallets and instead accept products mostly or fully assembled. These carriers typically have a 2-4 week delivery timeframe but handle the products with much more care and are more accommodating than Common Carriers. Once they are in possession of your shipment, they will contact you via phone/email to set and confirm your delivery appointment. Any special delivery requests that incur additional delivery fees that will be your responsibility to pay.
Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?
You need not be present for UPS or FedEx Ground shipments. Large shipments which will travel by common/private carrier typically require someone to be available to sign for and accept the curbside delivery. Special arrangements can be made with the freight carrier after shipment to meet your specific needs.

Do you ship outside of the Continental U.S.A.?
FREE shipping only applies to items shipped within the contiguous US; however, we can ship to locations beyond our borders. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean, or elsewhere please contact us by email at support@poly-lumber-furniture.com for a shipping quote. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.
Do you export furniture?
